We know how much pressure there is to get engaged. This pressure increases during the holidays—Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. But they’re still not our favorite engagement days because they’re expected.

Thirty percent of the population gets engaged during the holidays. Why? Because the industry promotes it. Pushes it. Marketing plants these messages in your head. And if the jewelry industry doesn’t do it, Grandma does. Don’t listen to Grandma. Grandma doesn’t know anything.

The right time to get engaged is your time. Not a day when someone tells you is the right time, like Christmas, New Years or Valentine’s Day.

We’re the anti-jeweler jeweler because we care about jewelry marking a moment in your life you’ll remember forever. Which is what an engagement ring is. It should be a thought-out thing, which has meaning to you, not because the industry told you it only has meaning on certain days.

The time to get engaged is your time. Not the day someone who doesn’t know you tells you.
